This updated studio condo is PERFECT for 4-5 people looking to be close to ski resorts, Historic Main Street, restaurants, clubs, and activities! The FREE shuttle picks up right outside and walking everywhere is convenient too.

The Prospector Condos have a brand NEW pool (open in Summer ONLY) and a hot tub. There's a large common area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24 hours. SKI RENTALS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON PROPERTY (Ski ‘N See), AND 25% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!

The condo is located on the top floor of the building and has vaulted ceilings. It was completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, appliances, decor, etc.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a convection microwave oven, 2 burner cook-top, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware for eating in.

There's a King-sized adult loft bed, an easy fold-out sofa bed and a sleeper chair (for small adult or child) with enough room to sleep 5. There's an armoire for clothing storage and entry way coat hooks. The in-home full size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination. There's a 55" Samsung HD Smart TV with DVD and Bluetooth Sound Bar (you can pair the device to your music) and a Wii gaming system with games.

Enjoy the outside air on the private deck with beautiful views, cushioned-swivel-rocking deck chairs, and small stacking tables.

The condo also features a NEW Air-Conditioning Unit with a remote control and ceiling fan for comfort during warmer months and full heat for the colder winter. There are cards and board games available as well.

Check-in at the Prospector Condo Center is convenient and easy and open 24-hours.

The Prospector is located right next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail State Park, a 28-mile, high-elevation trail that follows Interstate 80, from the charming streets of Park City through the smaller communities of Wanship and Coalville to Echo Reservoir.

On property is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). Visitor and day passes available for purchase.

The Prospector Lodge is an official venue of the Sundance Film Festival and is also centrally located within Park City.

Amazing Apartment!

The apartment was amazing for 4 people, as long as 2 don’t mind the sleeper sofa. The washer/dryer were a savior for a ski trip, and it was close enough to the mountain that transportation was no issue. Loved the place and would recommend it to others!

Great location

Great location, 5 minutes drive to Park City parking. Nice jacuzzi in walking distance (even in snow). Main bed in loft is comfortable but the climb takes getting used to. The room it creates below is well worth the nightly climb. A great place I'd stay at again.

Had a great stay here- perfect location with bus stop just outside. The place is very cute and stylish. The fan in the loft was a great touch as I worried I would be too hot, but the fan is very powerful. I didn’t have a chance to use hot tub but it looked great. Overall a very good value for a single traveler, couple or small family.
