Boasting a comfortable design that’s ideal for a couple or a small family, Stillwater 3005 is nestled in the heart of the premier Lodge at Stillwater resort in the exclusive Mayflower area only 10-12 minutes to downtown Park City, 3 minutes to the Deer Vally Gondola and 3 minutes to the Jordanelle Reservoir. With a one-bedroom studio layout, the kitchen, dining, living space, and bedroom area are combined into one cozy, relaxing home.

Stillwater 3005 also features gorgeous mountain views from the large window and a central location that allows for easy access to all the nearby Park City attractions. Plus, there’s a plethora of community amenities to choose from too — such as multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a seasonal swimming pool, and a game room.

Heated GARAGE parking is incredibly convenient, and the elevator will take you up to your front door. Once inside, the well-designed space begins with a spacious, FULL-SIZE BATHROOM that includes a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Elegant ceramic tile floors are highlighted by a striking red accent wall in the hallway.

Next is the open KICTHEN, which despite it’s smaller size is fully equipped for preparing intricate meals or simply brewing your morning cup of coffee. Premier appliances include a stainless steel gas range, a Whirlpool microwave oven/vent hood, a spacious full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Natural, wood-tone cabinetry provides plentiful storage options.

The LIVING AREA consists of an overstuffed leather and fabric sofa— which easily pulls out into a queen/full-size bed— that sits facing the incredibly cozy corner fireplace and 32-inch HDTV. There’s also a DINING TABLE that sits in front of the large window overlooking the gorgeous mountain range in the distance.

Next to the living area, there’s a SLEEPING SPACE with a queen-sized bed that also faces the mountain views. Two wall-mounted reading lamps make it easy to relax and read in bed or watch TV before drifting off to sleep.

You're also right by the Deer Valley Gondola for Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again and you're there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there's a small restaurant (coffee & hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you're skiing on your own, personal trails.

Conveniently located just off Highway 40, Stillwater 3005 is right by the entrance to the gorgeous Jordanelle State Park where you can rent wave runners, boats, and paddle boards in the summer months. The Tanger Outlet Stores, dozens of popular restaurants, and lots of major shops and attractions are only a quick drive away. And of course, charming downtown Park City and the world-famous Park City ski slopes are right around the corner!

The Deer Valley Ski Resort is set to undergo a significant expansion that is projected to be fully operational by the 2024-25 ski season. Situated just across from the Stillwater Lodge Resort, this new luxury ski base area is poised to become North America’s newest world-class alpine village since its last development in 1981. The expanded village will introduce state-of-the-art ski infrastructure, including new ski lifts for skiers and mountain bikers, providing them with access to extensive terrain throughout both the summer and winter months. This expansion will not only offer breathtaking views of the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir but also feature a walkable commercial zone. This zone is designed to rival the charm and convenience of Park City’s Historic Main Street, making it a vibrant hub for visitors.

Convenient Cozy Clean & Cute

This condo was perfectly located in between Park City Mountain and Heber. There is even a lake marina just around the corner that we stumbled upon that had horse and buggy rides through their lighted maze. Moose Management made the checkin process very easy with clear communications of directions, contact information and what to do and where to eat. The outside of the building was decorated for the holidays which was so welcoming and cute. The condo was cozy and cute. It had plenty of space for my family to live comfortably. We cooked in the clean and updated kitchen that had great appliances. From the dining table, your view of the snow covered mountain was a great way to start your day while enjoying your breakfast. It brought some excitement of what’s to come of the day. The amenities in the building were a hit. We didn’t use the fitness room, but did play some pool, ping pong and sat in the hot tub while it snowed. This was awesome. I hope to come back real soon. Even if not in the winter. This is definitely an all season place to stay.

Perfect place to stay near Park City

This was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, easy to get to, great amenities, and close to Park City where we went skiing. I loved having the full kitchen and the grocery store just down the road. The covered parking was convenient. It was such a quant little community. We drove down to the community center by the water where they had Christmas activities. Glittering lights, horse drawn carriages, and the coolest hippest Santa ever. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful in town. I highly recommend staying here. The perfect location out of the hustle and bustle & expense) off Park City but so very convenient. We will definitely be back. Mahalo

Service Matters and They Delivered

I travel quite a lot and the biggest issue I always run into and worry about is service. The host was very friendly and easy to get a hold of to answer all the little questions about the area and the unit. It was my first time in Park City and the surrounding area. The unit itself was perfect! Very clean. Smelled great (yes it matters) and the location was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely & cozy stay

This was an awesome stay for a quick weekend snowboarding getaway. It was only a <15 minute drive to get to Park City Mountain resort, so I was able to almost immediately get to the lifts. The indoor garage was huge for me since I didn\'t have to worry about clearing snow off my car. The unit itself was cozy and honestly perfect for a long weekend getaway, especially with the kitchen. I loved the hot tubs at the property after a long day on the slopes. Additionally, the location is convenient for more than just getting to PCMR. It was 15 minutes to get to Park City main street or the outlets shops. I live down in the valley, but I would definitely consider coming back and staying the night before I want to snowboard just for the shorter drive to resorts, getting ahead of traffic, and avoiding any potential weather the morning of.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable, clean!

This is such a comfy and clean place. A lovely place for a getaway. I\'ve actually stayed here many times and highly recommend. Even when it feels like the lodge is very full, it\'s quiet. Very close to skiing in the winter, with plenty of water activities nearby in the summer and fall. The pool, hot tubs, and fitness center are well maintained. A lot of shopping close by including clothing outlets and also plenty of restaurant choices.
